Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Domestic (United States & Turkey): 3 to 5 business days

  • International: 3 to 7 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $50.00.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping globally. Shipping charges and estimated transit times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, with most international deliveries arriving within 3 to 7 business days.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DAYANI & CO. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, as well as a text message to the phone number you provided. These notifications will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at dayaniandco@gmail.com or by phone at +1 8573612087 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that due to carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
